Installing the program

If you haven't done so already, install AudioCD MP3 Studio 2000 on your computer by double-clicking on the distribution file (if you downloaded the program) or by starting the installation setup file SETUP.EXE from the distribution CD.

To run the installation program from the distribution CD first insert the CD in your computer's CD-ROM drive, then proceed as follows:

Method 1

• Double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop to display the Explorer window containing the icons representing the drives installed in your computer.
• Double-click on the CD-ROM drive icon.
• Locate the SETUP.EXE file and double-click on it to start the installation program. Then follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

Method 2

• Click on the Start button to open the Windows Start menu.
• Click on Run... and enter

D:\setup.exe

in the Open: field and press Enter to execute the program. Then follow the instructions that appear on the computer screen

Note: This assumes that your CD-ROM drive letter is D: If your drive has a different letter, such as E: or F: you must naturally enter this letter in the Open: field instead of D:
